The following criteria was used to decide the planning and use classification of the sectors that make up the logistics area:
The logistics area’s rail terminal is located close to Bobadilla station, to the south of the current Bobadilla – Granada line.
Transport and logistics related activities will ideally be located in the sector closest to the intermodal terminal.
All facilities serving vehicles and goods carriers are located within close proximity of the main access roads, in order to provide optimal accessibility.
The overall offering of the Antequera logistics area is enhanced by the specialist services that are provided for the centre’s companies and end users. The services are located close to the Santa Ana AVE train station in order to capitalise on the draw potential of their façades.
Landscaping and environmental values are respected and form an integral part of the Hub.
The main through roads have been built with green central reservations, while parks offer Open-Air Spaces which can be enjoyed by end-users and allow for the channelling of water flows.
